What is the difference between textbook conditions?

  • New: A brand-new, unused, unread copy in perfect condition. 
  • Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Cover is intact with no nicks or tears. Spine has no signs of creasing. Pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind. 
  • Very Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. The cover and spine remains undamaged. Pages are intact and may contain very limited notes or highlighting. 
  • Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. Cover and spine may show signs of wear but still remains intact. All pages are intact and may include moderate notes and highlighting.
